Will the message sound like it came from AI?
Our AI writes in your voice, not from a template. It knows the occasion, knows the recipient's name, and draws on the tone you set. Most people have no idea — and that's the point.

What if I want to write my own message?

Is it safe to store my contacts' addresses?

What does the card look like?
Each card is a 4x6 postcard: the AI-designed artwork on the front, and your message and their address on the back. It mails as a postcard, so there's no envelope.
What occasions can Cardible track?
Birthdays and anniversaries for each of your contacts. Import your contacts once and Cardible keeps those dates for you. For any other moment, send a card right away or schedule it for the day you want it mailed.
Should I subscribe or buy credits?
Subscribe if you send cards every month; the larger plans have the lowest price per card. Buy credits if you only send a few cards a year and prefer to pay as you go.
When will my card arrive?
Cardible prints and mails your card through Lob, our printing and mailing partner. Most cards arrive within 5-7 business days of mailing, but the postal service sets the final timing, so we can't promise an exact day. Send or schedule cards with at least that much time before the occasion.
Do my credits expire?
After a year, yes. Credits you buy are good for 365 days from the day you buy them. Subscription credits are good for 365 days from the day each one is issued — so the ones you don't use this month are still there next month.
What if my card doesn't arrive on time?
Most cards arrive within 5-7 business days of mailing, so give yourself that much time before the occasion. Mail still occasionally goes astray. If a card is lost, late, or damaged, email info@cardible.io within 30 days of the date it was mailed and we'll send a new one or put the credit back, whichever you'd prefer. A real person reads that inbox, and we'll always do our best to make it right.
